Tai Chi w/Chris Gregory, LMT

Wednesdays / 7 pm / $10 drop-in

This class of tai chi and qigong is based in the Emei tradition. This series of movements and breathing techniques are designed to restore and renew body, mind and spirit promoting overall wellness. Used as a tool to aid in managing stress, it lowers the resting heart rate and increases energy. This class is suitable for all ages. Loose clothing is recommended.
