About Instructor Amanda Bloom:
Amanda is a Pilates instructor and writer who loves to move and share her passion for fitness with others. She began practicing Pilates in 2013 and earned her teaching certificate from Power Pilates' New York City flagship studio in January of 2015, where she continues to advance her training. As an instructor, her goal is to make Pilates accessible, fun, and invigorating.
Amanda has found Pilates to make her stronger than she's ever been, restorative for the back and posture, and complementary to other forms of exercise. Amanda believes Pilates, a strength-building modality focused on core muscles, spinal health, flexibility, mobility, and breathing, is fantastic for all ages, all levels of fitness, and for people recovering from injuries or with limited physical capabilities.
