Initial Consultation: $100 (about 75 minutes)
$90/$130/$170 for (75/105/135 minutes)
Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is educated, precise, noninvasive touch that supports your body's innate ability to heal. BCST restores balance in the core of the body, your central nervous system. When the nervous system has more balance and ease, your body can devote more of its resources to healing and tissue repair.

Our therapists have additional training with these conditions and will focus specifically on the muscles related to the condition. Some of the most common conditions we see are: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, TMJ, Frozen Shoulder, Migraines, Tendonitis and Sciatica.

MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE (MLD)
MLD is a type of gentle massage that is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. The aim of the massage is to move fluid from the swollen area into an area where the lymphatic system is working normally. To do this, the therapist might first massage and clear the area they want the fluid to drain into. For example, the therapist might massage your chest and neck if you have lymphedema in your arm, giving the fluid somewhere to drain to when they massage your arm.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE. Manual lymph drainage uses a specific amount of pressure (less than 9 ounces per square inch) and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as in Swedish massage but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
A customized massage with therapeutic-grade essential oils to address your individual needs and respectively energize, calm and relax you.
CHOOSE FROM OUR 4 AROMATHERAPY FLIGHTS:
HEADACHE RELIEF (peppermint + eucalyptus)
UPLIFTING (ruby red grapefruit + sweet orange + lemon)
SERENITY + SLEEP (lavender + vanilla)
GROUNDING + MEDATATIVE (vetiver + sandalwood)
HOT STONE MASSAGE
$120 (75 minutes)
This unique massage combines Swedish techniques with the heat of the stones to warm and relax the muscles, allowing the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system, helping to rebalance the body and mind.
PRENATAL / POST-PARTUM (PREGNANCY) MASSAGE
Pregnancy massage focuses on the dramatic structural, physiological and psychological ways a mom-to-be is changed and challenged during this time. While not intended to replace appropriate medical care, it can enhance this special time by relieving some of the common discomforts related to pregnancy – including postpartum – such as neck, back and hip pain as well as the stress of being a new mom! Some of our therapists are trained to work with more complicated prenatal issues. Please inquire for more details.
Massage Cupping is an adaption of ancient technique and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Plastic cups act as a vacuum pump to create negative pressure on the skin's surface. Cups are then moved using various techniques while gently pulling on the connective tissue. Bony land marks such as spine and scapula which are often avoided (due to compression because typical massage would cause pain), can be worked on.
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energizing. Wear comfortable clothes, as you will be fully dressed during the session.
Ashiatsu is a deeply relaxing therapy, where the therapist uses her feet and body weight to relax the muscles. The therapist must have coordination, balance, as well as a skilled but instinctual ability to apply the appropriate amount of pressure to different areas of the body. We use the bars for balance, allowing the sensitivity of our feet to focus on musculoskeletal alignment and pain relief. This style of work is great for anyone who wants deep, compressive pressure along large muscle groups and is looking to relax. Although it is much different from a traditional Swedish massage, the long, slow strokes can be quite sedating, and really allow for the client to "zone out" (once they've gotten over the mystery of being massaged with the therapist's feet!).
