Lisa returns to guide you as we tune in to the body and the breath as you transition through poses in a YogaSpirit™ vinyasa-inspired practice. Focus on connecting 
breath to movement as you flow gracefully between asana. Cultivate awareness of your body and form in the poses.

Hands on assists and verbal cues are given to enhance alignment and safety. 
Build upon a stable foundation to support you as you grow and deepen your yoga practice. All levels welcome.

$64 for a 4-class package or $18 per class
