Terms and Conditions
Reservations must be made by completing our online Registration Form.
All trips require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. (This allows us to reserve essential tickets and lodgings that require non-refundable deposits.)
The deposit will confirm your reservation until 60 days prior to trip departure, at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Preferred method of payment is by credit card only (V/MC/AX). There is a 3% service fee for credit card payments.
Registrations may be accepted after the final payment is due (60 days prior to departure), but they are on request and subject to availability at the time of booking. In the case of late bookings, full payment will be required upon registration.
After submitting the online Registration Form you will receive immediate confirmation that it was submitted successfully, and you will receive a copy for your records by email. We will be in touch with you to confirm receipt of your registration and collect payment within 48 hours, and your registration will be considered confirmed once we have received your deposit.
The single supplement is for those who would like to secure a private room throughout the trip, at the indicated additional price. If you are not traveling with anyone you know and would like to share a room, please indicate your preference for a roommate on the Registration Form. We will be happy to find you a suitable roommate.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All deposits are non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable after February 1, 2018.
Note: Should the trip fail to achieve minimum participation, Elm City Wellness reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund any deposits received.
Tour costs and what they include are listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in single, double or triple occupancy, meals as indicated (any foods or beverages not included in the program and purchased by you will be at additional cost. Tour price includes only foods and beverages that are provided to the entire group), all transportation during the tour, sightseeing as specified in the itinerary, entrance fees for parks and other areas, and services of a tour guide. The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category. Tour costs are based on group rates and no refunds will be given for un-utilized services.

Visa and passport charges
Extra meals not included in itinerary
Items of a personal nature (i.e. laundry, drinks, telephone calls, personal clothing)
Personal travel insurance
Any item that is not specified as being included
A valid passport must be held by each passenger traveling internationally. Some countries require that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Visas are required for entry into Peru and will be obtained (free of charge) at the airport upon arrival in Lima. Please check with your local Embassy or Consulate to learn about Visa requirements for your Nationality. Obtaining Visas is at the traveler's own expense.
All services described herein are organized by Elm City Wellness and/or its suppliers. Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of customers are made by the organizers on the sole condition that the organizers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and/or persons engaged in carrying out arrangements and services described herein or otherwise in connection herewith.
The information contained in this site is correct to the best of the organizer's knowledge, but the organizer accepts no liability for any inaccuracies therein. The organizers reserve the right to alter any itinerary or service required to continue the trip without penalty to the organizer.
The organizers reserve the right to withdraw or refuse any service to any customer at the discretion of the organizers. Payment of deposit is taken as acknowledgment of and agreement to the above items.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE NOTICE
Elm City Wellness LLC and/or its agents act only in capacity as agents for the passenger in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, motorcar, boat or any other means and as agent holds itself free of responsibility for any damage occasioned by any cause. Elm City Wellness LLC, and/or its agents will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of printing, include the cost of operation of the tours, and are subject to currency changes. Elm City Wellness and affiliates, officers, employees, servants and agents shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or tour participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of Elm City Wellness LLC, for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with these tours.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The passenger understands that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in mountainous forces of nature. The passenger agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey and agrees that no liability will attach to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect of death, personal injury, illness or delay of the passenger, or for any loss of or damage to the property of the passenger during the course of the trip, howsoever caused. The company reserves the right to decline, to accept, or to retain any person as a member of any party at any time. Catch up fees are the responsibility of the passenger in the event of a missed flight or transport to the start point of the trip.
